PPC Tool - Web application for Creation and management of advertising campaigns

1. Register (create a user account) on our web application: a) Registration form b) Login form c) Forgot password d) Register and/or login with Google or Facebook account 2. Connect your advertising accounts: a) Google Ads b) Facebook/Instagram Ads (FB Business Manager) + FB Page c) TikTok Ads 3. Create a new campaign: a) Intuitive campaign creation flow, for all 3 platforms (Google, Facebook, TikTok) b) The creation flow will be like a complex form based on consecutive steps c) The steps allow users to: - Choose for which platform you want to create a campaign (Google, Fb, TikTok) - Choose campaign type (for Facebook (Awareness, Traffic, Engagement, Leads, Sales), for Google Ads (Search, Pmax, Display, Shopping, Video, Discovery, DSA), for TikTok (Reach, Traffic, VideoViews, LeadGeneration, Website conversions, product sales)) - Create adgroups or adests - Create ads for each adgroup / adset - Insert or upload info needed for ads in the campaign (headings, descriptions, keywords, images, videos) - Insert product feed URL for Google Shopping / Facebook Catalog campaigns - Insert all needed campaign parameters, like budget, schedule, language, location, audience, bidding strategy - Insert advanced information for each platform (negative keywords, ads extensions, lead form parameters, retargeting lists) - Preview ads for every platform (Google, Facebook, TikTok) d) Media library (for uploading images, logos, videos that can be selected when creating ads) e) Create retargeting lists, that can be selected when creating ads f) Possibility to duplicate or to create bulk campaigns / adgroups / ads g) Post boosting feature (for facebook page posts) 4. Manage campaigns: a) Campaign budget changes b) Audiences / Targeting management c) Duplicating campaigns d) A/B Testing e) Pause/enable campaigns f) Change parameters for campaigns like budget, schedule, language, location, audience, bidding strategy g) Adding / removing keywords and negative keywords h) Adding / removing ads extensions or retargeting lists i) Change campaign bid strategy or goals j) Bulk edit for campaign / adgroup / ad k) A few predefined optimizations for campaigns, which will work like this: you select a campaign and then you can apply a predefined optimization like “a 20% daily budget increase if 7-day ROAS is greater than 5”. 5. Notifications related to online advertising: a) Notifications will trigger in-application and, optional, on email when: - A campaign is overspending or underspending the daily budget - Campaigns are paused because of an account with payment issues or without funds in Google, Facebook or TikTok platform - Certain predefined rules are triggering, like “the ROAS in the current month is less than in the previous month”, or “the number of conversions is less than 20 per day” - Recommendations arrive from advertising platforms (google / facebook) b) Users will have a button for applying a recommendation that arrived from an advertising platform or from a predefined rule. Applying it will call the APIs in order to change budgets, pausing or enabling campaigns/adgroups/ads, or changing campaign parameters 6. Advertising Dashboard with ad accounts overview, individually (for each platform) and all-in-one: a) It will show a table with statistics like amount spent, clicks, conversions, ROAS b) It will also show 2-3 predefined charts for each platform c) It will also show a table and a chart grouping data from all the platforms, so that the user can see information like: how much money he has spent on advertising in one interval of time, on all platforms, and how many conversions he got, what is the total daily budget for all the campaigns 7. Basic dashboard for super-admin: a) We want to see the user accounts b) A few statistics for each user: - What advertising platform he has connected - How many campaigns he has - Which is the total daily budget for all the campaigns - When he last accessed the tool
