Market Research for a Women in the Workplace training program

I am looking for someone to do some Primary market research for the following project: I am developing a course for women to learn how to speak up in the work place. This is a course to develop confidence, well-reasoned requests, speak up when compensation is out of line, discuss promotions / opportunities, etc. This is a skills development course and not a leadership soft skill development program. I require the following details from the market research: Who is doing this already - Remember, this isn’t NOT soft skill course, but a course to give practical skills. There are lot of ‘women in leadership’ courses. This course isn’t about leadership development. It’s about challenging your confidence and giving tactical skills / strategies to apply instantly. Please do not consider the ‘women in leaderships’ course as this course is not specifically for leadership development. This is for all women regardless of position seniority What is the cost of their program? How is this being delivered (online, textbook purchase, class room, etc) What is their curriculum Most importantly, I need a needs-analysis done where you have spoken with women who are struggling in their career and what they struggle with and what they would be looking to help them overcome their struggles a. This is important to address my marketing campaign b. What are their ‘pain points’ c. What are their stories d. Why aren’t they asking for more e. Why are they afraid to speak up f. What kind of problems to they just accept and why don’t they try to change it This is a start-up so I am on a tight budget. I am looking for someone who can provide multi-facet insight to help define who the target audience would be and how I can effectively market to them. If you have a background in marketing (Facebook marketing and ad creation, marketing strategy, lead magnets, email funnels, etc) that would be beneficial and will lead to future repeat work if successful.
