Good evening. In order to talk to the chorus API, I would strongly suggest using server side technologies like PHP or .NET. This way you're not exposing your API key. I can build you a form that checks if the user already exists using the api. If not, a request to the API is done to create a user. You should indeed host that form on your own server and I can create that for you using modern techniques. This will involve clientside and serverside logic.
