I need a triple scrolling image marquee. The marquee should pause on hover, and on hover a translucent black overlay should appear on the image along with a text description. The left and right hand marquees should scroll down, and the middle marquee should scroll up. There must be no delay, they should start instantly, and loop continuously with no gap at the end. I have started to build this which you can see here: [login to view URL] on the industry sectors section, but the functionality isn't working for me
