Setup a Magento Store

Hi, Need help with setting up a store in Magento. I need to know what the estimated workload is for every item separately, as well as for every block in item #3. Magento version 1.9. Theme that will be used for this project: [login to view URL] Let me know if it will be necessary to have the theme code in order to complete the items below, and why. The deliverables: - detailed instructions, with screenshots, on how to perform each non-coding task. - source code on Bitbucket, with commit history mentioning each item being worked on. - database dump for a localhost site with all items implemented The to-do items: 1 - Multi Currency Support: Canadian dollar and U.S. dollar for now. 2 - Header and menu; see mockup. Just place the links to the right pages. Create the menu and submenu. Create empty pages. (No products or categories, just empty pages) Minimum CSS - just place it approximately as in mockup. 3 - Homepage blocks - slider, right column, novelties (nouveautés), on sale (en vedette). Minimum CSS. 4 - Footer links. Minimum CSS. 5 - Add filters to the Product List: Age, Sex, Store price (boolean yes/no), Recommended. Tab on the product page that displays these particular comments. Manage this in admin of products. 7 - Shipping - allow the option of a fixed price depending on the order amount (e.g. $10 before total order amount of $50, $5 between $50 and $100, free for orders over $100, etc.) 8 - Shipping - have a different shipping cost by product and region.
