We have a html/css being built for a website where we want a user to be able to register as a tech who can look at requests made on our site by clients that post jobs they need done. The user can then message the user and then they can speak if htey want to work together. Main step is payment whereby we need a way for example if a job is $100 we want 30% to come to us and 70% to client. The system is just a easy system so users can see the data and then they conduct off site to do the work, we do need however to do a payment system so they start work and we get paid as well as the client. $200 website budget say hyti so we know you read this.
