I work at a publishing company that not only prints newspapers but also special supplemental sections including full color glossy magazines. Each week we have to design ads to meet the preferences of several different advertisers and therefore, different tastes and personalities. Over the years I have developed a pretty good flair for deciphering what a customer has in mind even if they aren't sure themselves, and I have learned to take criticism and multiple revisions in stride.
