Make stripe work on my wordpress

Connected stripe API but when I added woocommerce it seems like my theme got messed up. For example couldn’t find check out pages or cart and also the main navigation has a white gap at the top, I had to create them myself. What I want to do is connect strip fully functioning and woocommerce. I don’t have products I offer online services it’s a mo they subscription so I have two tables with pricing and after user clicks sign up to one table it will take them to checkout that’s all I need and ASAP!
