Divi WordPress Web Designer to Assist Current Development Team

Hello - please see Notes for Freelancers at end of project description before bidding! We are a full-service marketing agency that needs assistance building out Divi-based websites for ourselves and our clients. We currently have, at minimum, 3 website projects that we don't have time to work on that need done, plus work on our own company websites. Divi/Development Skills Needed: * Strong Divi Builder experience * Ability to customize pre-built child themes * Able to replicate an existing webpage using Divi * Able to use global settings to quickly make adjustments across the site * Able to correct size images for effective display * Able to effectively use the Divi Library and Cloud functions to build sites using building blocks * Able to use the Theme Builder to create templates for specific types of content * Able to use the dynamic content function of Theme Builder * Ability to use ChatGPT and/or [login to view URL] to create reasonably good quality placeholder content during development * Ability to manipulate images to correctly size them for the site (for example if we have an image that is 3000x2000 pixels, but the container is 300x200, you can resize/scale/crop the image so the correct size is uploaded for effective loading). That said, we need to understand the time, energy and cost it takes for you to complete a project so we can bid on projects effectively. If you submit a low-ball bid to get our attention, expecting to ask our budget and raise your bid to the budgeted amount, we do not disclose a budget - because we don't have one! We look at the total cost to achieve the results we need (whether it's project or hourly-based), including the time we have to invest in building and managing the relationship. To us, $100 per hour and billed for 1 hour is the same as $5 per hour and billed for 20 hours, so we don't place too much importance on either number individually. Because we have built tons of sites, we have an understanding of how long it takes a new designer vs an experienced designer to complete a project. Our desire is to build a long-term, a mutually beneficial relationship that can continue with little management (not having to rebid each project, able to provide quick instructions/thoughts via text and video). Our plan will be to create small, paid test projects (something that would take us about a couple of hours to complete) for freelancers to complete to test their skills, effectiveness and ability to deliver based on how we provide direction. Please provide an hourly rate that is indicative of what you would require to provide ongoing development services. Thanks!
