Hi I am looking for a developer/company to develop a cross platform mobile application with survey forms for data collection. Bidder can propose from their experience best development tool for such requirement. Their are multiple forms to be used by multiple users. The data collector shall use mobile application to fill in survey forms and admin can monitor collected data from an admin. Interested bidders shall 'summarize' their experience in developing similar applications, time availability and estimated costing. I prefer a company having an office since we might need to arrange face to face collaboration to accomplish this project. I shall provide shortlisted bidders with more details about required application, survey forms etc. Many Thanks
