Design a East/West Symbol Based on the Bagua

I need a Bagua-like symbol developed for a new magical system which uses nine elements instead of eight. The diagram is essentially a circle and three rings inside nonagon inside a circle. The inner circle contains the Tai Hsuan symbol (provided). The inside ring is Yin, Yang, or Yung. The middle ring are symbols (provided, but you may need to alter them). The outer ring is a corresponding vowel. The entire nonagon is inside another circlce which has the name of the element. The entire vision is roughly sketched in the PDF document. Use the two Bagua designs as a reference or google Bagua. Need within 5 days.
