Create an HTML5 page with an animated lock

Easy Project! An animated HTML5 lock is required - the lock must work with any given integers between 0 and 39. For example, if the given numbers are 10, 20 and 30 the animated lock wheel will turn right, complete two rounds and will stop at number 10, then the animated lock wheel will turn right, complete a round and and then it will stop at number 20. And finally, the animated wheel will turn left, it will stop at number 30 and it will open.
