Build a Website

We are looking for a web developer that can design a web application using joomla and that can create and work with myql DB. The application has a three types of users “User” “Doctor “ and “Administrator”. The Users can: Subscribe the service by the means of specific form. Request a “ prescription” to a Doctor Book an appointment (at home or at Studio) Check the status of Prescription requested Check Prescriptions Log. The Doctors can: Subscribe the service by the mean of specific form Check the list of pending requests On each request the Doctor can Accept the prescription providing the Prescription code, reject the request or ask for additional information Prescription Logs (search for user, prescritions, drugs type, date) Each doctor has his own sub-page where he can publish articles or information about the working hours, etc. There is also a form where the user and doctor can exchage information e.g chat The Administrator: Controls (accept, deny) the users and doctors subscription requests The web site shall be responsive. The web interface shall be simple and clear eventually multilanguage shall be supported (italian and english) A payment system shall be integrated.
