Design a Website Mockup

Here’s my problem : We have a membership with Lingos (a non-profit capacity building organization) that provide us with a Learning Management System which uses NetD backend and WordPress front-end system. As a member, we are allow to make changes to the WordPress front-end and customize this to the look and feel of WorldFish. We currently working on a WordPress staging site and felt that there could be some more improvement made to the site, i.e. in terms of the images (we need to have images on our people learning) and improvement needed on spacing, alignment, colours, design, style….etc,etc.!! This is the first time we will be launching and introducing an e-learning portal to WorldFish and we would like to make an impression, reach out to our audience, have a page that is engaging, looks professional, while remain true to our WorldFish Branding (i.e. colour and images) Refer to our website at www.worldfishcenter.org. Currently we are given access to a staging site to test and get all the design done and once the production site is complete, we will need to move very quickly the design in the staging site to the production site.
