Alter Existing Website

Change the website ([login to view URL]) so it uses joomla (latest version) for the back end. Copy content over and kill all of the joomla junk pages it creates. Remove the joomla favicon for the website. (NO I DO NOT WANT TO USE DRUPAL) Once we have everything back to normal we need to change the way the site looks by: :: The first thing i want to do is alter the header.. He has his logo up there in the header way to large and to the right on the header is the business address and hours opened etc. I want to reduce the size of the logo so the header banner does not have to be as big as it is currently and I want to make the text on the right side of the banner "real text" - not a graphic that is part of the header. I want the text to be real text in the foreground so the info can be read by Google. The text should start at the same point from the top of the banner as the logo's top starts. Right now all that text starts below the top of the logo and it makes the header bigger than it needs to be. The text could also be smaller. I want it large enough so you can easily read it, but it could be a font size smaller than what it is now. Also I want to move the address and "time open" text to the middle of the header area so there would be enough room to set up the 6 rotating pictures (that are currently displayed on the left side of the index page) to the right side of the new header area and (of course the picture display will need to be made smaller) At the bottom of the header area please either display the following : "Free Estimates -- Lifetime Warranty on all repairs -- We work with all insurance companies" This could be a stationary line of text item beneath the header or it could be a horizontal scrolling display of the sentence (like a tickler display). Once that change is made the entire middle section of the page/s is now clear and everything below those items that were previous there can be pulled up to replace that space. Now all the junk that took up all the area above the fold should now be consolidated into the header leaving the pages free to display the pages unique content. Site can be down for a couple hours on a designated night, but all the major work must be done and viewable on a mockup website before we move it to the real website.
