We are looking to sell our large Yoga/Movement studio and are looking for a Business Broker to craft a prospectus / CIM. If that person is also able to broker the entire sale, that will be considered a bonus, but it is certainly not necessary. Ideal candidates will have experience in crafting CIM / Prospectus material, and experience in the yoga and wellness industry will be favoured.
