89844 Fraternity T-Shirt Design

I need a shirt design for a fraternity T-Shirt. I have a picture of a past design but need it to be redrawn and redisigned into a digital file. I need the two flags to be in separate layers so I can move them around and the text to be in a separate layer too. I want the .psd file. As far as the two flags go one needs to be the flag of Sigma Chi. I will have it attached so you can pull it in easily. The other needs to be the American Flag. I also want to have a sketch of the gold tower in the center of the flags along with the outline of mountains in the background. To help get a better idea of the tower and mountains I have included pictures of our campus along with the college logo which has the gold tower used in it. Please have each element such as each flag, the tower, the mountains, and the text in its own layer so that I may make alterations if neccessary. Remember that this is a T-Shirt design for silkscreening so please keep color usage down to about 4 or five different colors. I can't wait to see what you come up with. Thank you for your time.
