My proposal is as follows:
- Title: **Bakery and pastry shop with the best delicacies: recipes, tips and tricks to enjoy all giving**.
- Public: The book is directed at people who want to have a good taste.
- Goal: people are sought to reach people close to them by showing them an alternative for good taste, people would have easy access to the age
Content: The book is divided into four parts:
The first part introduces the reader into the world of the bakery and healthy pastry, explaining the basic concepts, the most appropriate ingredients, the most recommended techniques and processes, and the most useful utensils and machinery.
The second part presents more than 100 recipes for healthy breads and cakes, classified by categories (mould breads, special breads, squats, muffins, cookies, tarts, etc.). Each recipe includes a photograph, a list of ingredients, a detailed step-by-step, nutritional value, and some tips and variations.
The third part offers a series of tips and tricks to improve the quality and taste of products, to keep and store them properly, to avoid or solve the most common problems and to adapt recipes to different needs or preferences (allergies, intolerances, veganas diets, etc.).
- Part IV contains a bibliography and sources of consultation to expand information and knowledge on bakery and pastry.
