Hello, This is not a canned response. I am placing my bid after reading this thoroughly. So my understanding and plan of implementation is:- 1. You will be provided with an interface to upload locations CSV and personnel CSV. 2. Both CSV would have address information inside it. 3. At run time we will calculate lat-long from address and figure out the smallest distance between personnel address and office address and will assign personnel to nearest office. Few questions:- 1. Do you want to generate resultant CSV after assignment? 2. DO you want all this information to be saved in DB? 3. Would this application needs to be hosted online? 4. Any specific design requirements? Regards

Hi, I see it is a distance allocation problem if you have latitude and longitude of the location of offices (you mentioned location codes) then it is a matter of network analysis that is a part of GIS Since GIS is my everyday work so i think it will be able to deliver the work properly. Thanks
