Custom Website Design with Flash and CMS

Mortgage related website design. There are two elements to this project. Core site - Stage One: Custom design a website around the clients logo, predesign package and target audience. The site will contain approximately 5 to 10 front end pages that are public. These pages must be professional and include one image within the content that relates to the pages topic for each page. You will be delivered the client copy and will be responsible for creating the contact form and layout. All forms will run through an SSL and must be setup accordingly when the site is taken live. All indexable pages must have all core layout element load via CSS, for SEO purposes. You will be responsible for Title tags, meta descriptions and keyword tags for each page All indexable pages must be w3c compliant. No exceptions. The site will be built out only after the client approves the core design. Expect changes as the client will make them. The home page will contain a flash animation "slide show" of fade in fade outs consisting of 5 to 7 images that you must locate and connects with the sites target audience. Secondary pages will not use Flash, but a still image of the final flash image. The home page must include a "log in setup" for a web secured area/folder which will consist of the second element of this project; The CMS content for authorized users. Second element - Stage 2: Using the core design for the primary site, you will install a CMS based system and implement the approximate 15 pages of content for this section. All content will be provided. This section will contain several forms which must be incorporated into the system. The applicable forms to be used will be provided. The CMS system you select must be user friendly, meaning, no html knowledge must be needed to make future edits to existing pages or add new pages. (See Wordpress as a perfect example of this) The site hosting uses cPanel with all Fantastico options. The total budget for this project is $500.00. If you bid more, you will exceed project budget and not be considered. Be prepared to show multiple examples of both Mortgage Related Websites designs and CMS based Projects. If you do not have experience with either, please do not bid on this project. Project turn around time: Initial Design 5 Days Final design, to include flash elements and layout of indexable pages (Front end - core site): 5 Days from receipt of copy for the core site a/k/a stage one. CMS Turnaround - stage two: 3 days from the new core site going live on the server. This means, the new site will go live on a Friday allowing the DNS to migrate and on Monday morning, you will install the CMS system of your choice and finished the project for the customers final review. Payment 50% in escrow upon acceptance of the job. Full amount paid after the customers final review and acceptance of the project. Tweaking of the design elements may be required. This tweaking must be done promptly and to the customers satisfaction, otherwise we all lose and no one gets paid.
