Freelance fashion designer, pattern maker, sample maker

We are an architecture firm and have started an apparel division doing contemporary and forward looking female athletic wear and swimwear and we are looking for pattern/sample makers to make patterns/samples. Job Description -- We are a startup, so the job is intern/freelance in nature. This is not a regular hours office job. -- Patternmaking can be done remotely or in office, and fitting done in office. -- Create patterns/drafts based on new/existing designs -- Sew patterns together to create samples for fitting -- Fitting, alteration and grading We are OPEN TO INEXPERIENCED designers, INTEREST in fashion and pattern making is much more important. The designs are basic tops and bottoms in form. You will be creating patterns based on new/existing designs. These will be sewn together to create samples. They will be fitted on fit models, then alteration and grading to refine the design.
