The ideal candidate should have experience in managing online communities and engaging with members effectively. They should also post content using ai tools Key tasks for the Facebook group manager include: - Moderating posts and comments to ensure they align with the group's guidelines and maintain a positive and respectful environment - Engaging with group members by responding to their questions, comments, and concerns in a timely manner - Encouraging active participation and fostering a sense of community within the group The Facebook group currently has 2000 members, so the manager should be able to handle a relatively large community and understand how to engage with a diverse audience. In terms of content creation, the manager should be able to create and schedule posts that are relevant and engaging for the group members. The frequency of posting should be 3-4 times a week to maintain regular engagement without overwhelming the members. Additionally, the manager should have basic analytics and data analysis skills to track the group's performance, understand member demographics, and identify trends or opportunities for improvement.
