I initially want to build a leads tracking workbook, then sends the leads to one of our six salespeople, each working within set postcode regions. So far I can set up the workbook, and use the 'vlookup' tool to automatically select the salesperson when the postcode is selected from a drop down list, but I now need to send the customer info in the whole row, to the respective salesperson in a new workbook. Also when that new workbook is viewed and info is added, I need it to be sent back to the master. I would like to keep these workbooks on the Gsuite drive. My objective is that the salepeople only get the data from the master relevant to them in real time so they can call their own leads then use that workbook to update the master with the info they input. I may also like a form set up so my receptionist doesn't have to enter along each column. This would be more visually appealing for them whilst doing data input. In time I may want to expand our excel databases to replace our current CRM system, that has far too many glitches.

After seeing your requirements i would like to suggest you to create an MS Access database. why MS Access database: 1. 2gb of storage wherein excel performance would be slow with more than 20000 data only with any kind of formula. 2. Access database would be user friendly and easy to navigate forms wise with smoother performance. 3. excellent UI design with forms reports. 4. you can place your backend into a network shared drive which will be multi user enabled and highly secured. You will never loss your data for any reason. For users, only the front end would be available and they can't get access into you backend. 5. you will able to set user specific authorization. like data entry people, reporting people and admin. 6. If you require then you can get an output excel data for the same also. So at the beginning you can send an output excel file for calling and at end of the day you can import all the users updated data into main table. 7. User specific login screen with individual passwords. I will show each and every navigation part after completed this database.
