what I need is a excel spread sheet that has mon to Sunday 7 days aweek every week employee full name drop down client name (venue name) drop down Client adress (venue adress)automatic after client name(venue name) selected Date and day drop down box start time drop down finish time drop down automatic total hours made for the shift and a section for List of guards names where I can add more names list of venues where I can add more venues guards that are away or sick new guards guards that have come back a section of important notes or information like public holidays etc and then a template connected to this template that will automatically show the guards name from A to Z with the hours they worked and total hours and pay and there rate as well calculated for each week by week and if I want to print of a employees payslip I want to be able to do that or print of a employees whole week or month or year hours and pay as well or print of day and date it will show who worked that day and the times they did and how much they got paid and I would like to be able to print remittance as well for guards weekly to each person that worked
