NodeJs/TypeScript AWS Lambda aplication to extract Excel Data

The project will be hired in steps. This bid is for the first step of the project: Knowledge required: - AWS Lambda Function - AWS Aurora DataBase (similar to MySql) - Node.js/Typescript - AWS S3 - Excel Spreadsheet data extraction, using Node/npm js plug-in OBJECTIVE: Create a Lambda Function, using Nodejs/Typescript, triggered by a S3 upload, to extract unstructured data from a Excel file and put the data in the Aurora Database. TEST CASE: The end user will just upload the excel files - all files with exactly the same standard - to the S3. A trigger must activate the lambda function. The lambda function must extract all data in specific cells, and write then in the Aurora DataBase, following the write patterns. Considerations: - The Tables in Aurora DataBase will be already created, therefore, the DataBase will be already available and configured; - We will give you a data dictionary that maps each data to be extracted from the spreadsheet (cell address, such as B1 to [login to view URL]) to the DataBase Table and Column; - The Excel file is in portuguese, we can help with any translation issue; - Many fields are text in the spreadsheet, but represents categories in the DataBase. So, it will be necessary find out the correspondent ID of the text, and write the Id at the main table. For example, the field GENDER will be filled at the spreedsheet with Masculino (male) or Feminino (female). It will be necessary find the text at the Gender Table from the Aurora DB, get the genderId and write the genderId at the [login to view URL]; - There are 40 columns to be extracted, at this first step. Arround 15 are categorized fields, and the others are values (number, date, text, boolean); - The position of the fields at the spreadsheet are not in a table format. They looks like a manual filled form (please see the attached image); - Some spreadsheet cells must generate one-to-many relationship registers, to attend a specific pattern (we will instruct the bid winner after). For example, the body mass of the Patient will generate a new record, in the table Observation, with name=bodyMass and value=56, and the respective patientId; - The full source code must be delivered, with instructions to be executed and published; - It's not necessary a documentation for the code, but the code must be clear, well structured, object oriented, and with comments in - at least - all methods.
