Create excel macro that works with Outlook

I work for a nonprofit that provides services for about 35 health care clients in Texas. Every month, I need to send these clients an excel spreadsheet with information about their patients. I have one excel spreadsheet of this information for all the clients. I need an excel macro that will do the following: 1. Split the spreadsheet into 35 separate excel spreadsheets, one for each client that has the name of the client and the specific month of the data run. 2. I need the macro to create an email in Outlook from the same template (attached) for each client (with multiple email addresses per client) with its own excel spreadsheet attached. 3. So basically I want to press a button (see excel sheet) for the split and email to be created. All I want to do is review each of the emails to each client and send it. You will see in the excel file that someone created this macro already that was specific to a computer. I have switched computers and the macro no longer works. Can you create the macro so it's not specific to a specific computer but works with any computer? Not sure if this is possible if you have to link it to an outlook email. Also, happy to entertain other ways of doing this based on your expertise. I am working off of a process that someone else started. If there is a better way, I am all ears. On the excel spreadsheet SPSS Data tab, there would normally be a lot of data in there and many different clients. I eliminated much of the data for ease. Normally, there would be 1,000+ lines of data in there with many different "projects" who are the clients I spoke of.
