Calibration Lab Worksheet & Report Revamp

I'm looking to significantly improve the current worksheet and report for my calibration lab. The modifications I envisage are on three fronts: 1. Upgrading the formatting and layout: I want the upgraded worksheet to closely resemble a particular standard-provided module, featuring an eye-catching, modern, and clean design. 2. Including more data analysis features: The revised worksheet should also come with advanced data analytics features to allow for an efficient insights extraction. 3. Enhancing decision rule options: Crucially, the final output should incorporate sophisticated decision rule options to facilitate better data-driven decisions. A crucial detail is that the current format of the worksheet and report is xls, and I want it to remain as such in its upgraded form, retaining an easy-to-read font and colour scheme while boasting organised and intuitive sections. Professionals with a strong background in spreadsheet management, data analysis and reporting, and seamless design transition are best suited for this job. Familiarity with calibration labs and their operations will be highly regarded. The project consisting of developing excel worksheet and report format for Calibration service The company will provide the Excel file and will provide the testing method plus document how to make decision rule for pass and fail It is required to make developing on the file to be able to do calculation as per work instruction standard and to make decision rule on the report as per the provided document This development to be done on five separate file The amount will be divided on five milestone in case first file done successfully, so the first milestone will be paid You should not move to the second milestone until the first milestone done Time for this project is seven days to 10 days
