To build an interactive dashboard

I want to build an interactive dashboard (probably in Microsoft Excel) to send to my clients that, using data the I have accumulated over the last 12 months, they can see expected repair costs, CapX costs (capital expenditure) and total money spent on each asset to date on their HVAC/Air conditioning equipment. I can export the data to excel from my job management system. I want the client to be able to easily click through the dashboard to see what expenditure they could expect in the following 12 moths and beyond, also what asset type is it to replace and even what costing is overdue (what assets are overdue for replacement). I have attached an excel sheet that I have put together in the past but my knowledge and skills are quite limited when it come to building dashboards.
