Excel VBA Treeview help needed - Urgent

I currently use a variation of the Excel VBA treeview tool (see [login to view URL]) to create HR organisational structures for SAP (OM builder file attached).. This works fine, but now I have been asked to add functionality for Roles (security levels) when creating the structure. I have added all of this new functionality to the AfterLabelEdit event in the OM builder file. All of the code is already written and the label updates with the new Role. My problems that need resolving are: 1.) The caption showing the new Role (e.g. *^^HRADM) should be saved as the new key. This will enable it to be saved to the worksheet and back to the treeview correctly (I think). 2.) Any items in the treeview that have a Role attached should be displayed with a different background colour . This is an urgent project and these 2 things need to be resolved quickly (especially number 1). This is a small part of a much larger project. If you can complete this to spec you will be assured of further Excel VBA work on this tool.
