She is a beginner-level learner and would like to have tutoring sessions twice a week. The main focus of the tutoring sessions should be on conversation practice. The ideal candidate should be a native English speaker with no accent, and with a bachelor or master degree in ESL or EFL. They are expected to have experience teaching English as a Second Language to beginners and have strong conversational skills. The tutor should be patient and able to adapt their teaching methods to my daughter's individual needs.

As i put in my description im a polyglot (one who knows many languages) and that has given me an even better undertstanding of my native (american) english and can recognize and adjust dialects even within english (queens vs american for instance) i believe the best way to learn is to try and often fail with someone who can correct and explain why. Apps and dictionaries just dont cut it in real world. Rate negotiable. I have a bachelors in ESL and experience teaching English as a Second Language to beginners as well as strong conversational skills and patience.
