Hello, It seems this project requires backing up all mailboxes from one office 365 tenant to another tenant without the migration of the domain, please correct me if I'm wrong. I will be working using PowerShell to accomplish this task including exporting the mailboxes to PSTs to be imported on the other tenant. This can be done one mailbox at a time, group of mailboxes, or all at once. There will be downtime for this task in order not to lose any emails. Looking forward to hear back from you. Thank you.
