I am looking for a freelancer who can help me automate my contact form to generate a PDF and send it via email. The project details are as follows: Platform: - My contact form is currently hosted on Jotform. PDF Template: - I have a specific PDF template that I would like to use for generating the PDF. Email Service: - I prefer to use Outlook/gmail as my email service for sending the generated PDF. Skills and Experience: - Proficiency in using Zapier to automate contact forms and generate PDFs. - Experience in working with Jotform, creating PDF templates, and integrating with Outlook/gmail - Strong understanding of email automation and the ability to set up automated workflows using Zapier. - Attention to detail to ensure the generated PDFs are accurate and properly formatted. - Excellent communication skills to collaborate with me and understand my specific requirements. I will fill out my contact form ([login to view URL]) with the required data. Somehow, the attached files should be inserted into a PDF automatically. Once the PDF is automatically filled out, the PDF and the MP4 file should be automatically attached to an email and sent automatically. I have attached my PDF template where the files should be inserted on each page. For example, File 1 should be inserted into the square on page 1. If you have the necessary skills and experience, please submit your proposal with relevant examples of your previous work.
