Hi, It may be possible depending on the exe itself. However code itself cannot be obtained in original form, only as assembler instructions. From there it could be possible to make changes and adjustments. There is a second possibility, to build a patch application that would make changes you need to original exe. All depends on the exe and required changes.

I'm Delphi programmer over 20 years. I wrote a lot of small project but also few big project. I wrote many simple application, client-server application and some rest app. I write also in Firemonkey. At daily I use Delphi 10.1 (migrate to Delphi 10.4), but I use also older Delphi like XE3, 2010 and BDS 2006. We can try, but it's very difficult and time-consuming. It is worth considering whether to create a new application based on the current application and users experience. I encourage you to discuss. The price is indicative only.
