Hi. First thing I'd like to suggest, you should apply CU24 to your SQL Server 2019 to make it more reliable. I can help you to optimize the database server for higher throughput and better user experience by creating high value missing indexes, fine-tuning queries, and configuring the database and SQL Server. To do so, I need to connect to SQL Server as an admin and create some diagnostic stored procedures in the master system database and collect some performance matrices by executing them. I will also make some configuration changes to SQL Server and database. The database size, about 10 GB, is not a big deal, if everything configured properly, and you're doing its maintenance on time. Maybe the database is getting slow over time because of outdated histograms and fragmented indexes. So I'd like to know if you are performing database maintenance regularly or not.
