My job there is doing QA for at least 50 calls per day, I see if everything that our agents do and says in every call it's ok. I have to check demographics, records, task, recalls and appointments with different programs, and if everything it's perfect I submit all that information in the system. When an error occurs, I have to talk to my agents to give them feedback, avoid that this mistake occurs again, and of course, fix all the problems.
