We are seeking a candidate who can consistently produce work of the highest quality while maintaining a professional work ethic. Our platform is primarily centered around the management of Airbnb listings, and the core responsibilities include tasks such as updating data, resizing images, adding photo tags, setting rates on the calendar, and making alternative selections, among other duties. You will have access to a wealth of training resources, including comprehensive instructional videos and support documents, to assist you in completing these tasks. Furthermore, we maintain open communication via WhatsApp during EST hours in the Americas to provide prompt guidance and support when needed. Project Timeline: This project is set to be completed within a 4-week timeframe, and this period includes Saturdays, if necessary. It's important to note that there are no trial periods or try-outs for this position. Payment Information: The total payment for this project is $50 USD, and it will be disbursed once all the listings have been successfully updated and posted as per our specific requirements within the dashboard. Withdrawal from the Project: In the event that a candidate decides to withdraw from or discontinue the project after starting, no compensation or payment will be provided. This measure is in place due to the considerable time and resources invested in training and supporting the candidate throughout the project. Milestone Structure: There are no milestone payments during the candidate selection phase. The single payment will be made upon the successful delivery of the entire set of listings in accordance with our specified requirements.
