I'm looking to build a dedicated community website specifically for the purpose of engaging with and gathering insights from our customers. Key Requirements: Build an consumer community with 30 members based in India who will respond to survey with audio/video element for 12 in-depth interviews across a year: NCCS A Female Mix of metros and non-metros Across Employed in Corporate, Self-employed, Housewife, and Others (students, college, freshers, etc.) Age between 25 and 50 years with a good spread Annual household income with a good spread between 20-35 lakhs, 35-50 lakhs and 50 lakhs+ Have purchased jewelry from Tanishq, Kalyan, Malabar, Bhima, Joy Alukkas etc. at least twice in the last 2 years. At least one of these purchases must be above Rs. 50k They should be modern, articulate and decision makers or contribute to the decision of what jewelry to buy Buys branded fashion accessories (apparel, jewelry, footwear, accessories) at least once a month Digitally active on Instagram Strong share of online buying (at least 3 of last 5 purchases) Travels on vacation at least once a year nationally or internationally We need phone numbers, emails and names of these consumers so that they can join our internal community for the client. A deliverable will be someone who signs up to be a part of the community for a year. If you have experience in designing, developing, and managing online communities, especially ones that focus on gathering feedback and insights, I'd like to hear from you.
