Firstly, I am based in the US and speak english very well. I have extensive ASP.NET MVC experience, and have built multiple portals using MSSQL Server, and ASP.NET in C#. I usually create "creations scripts" for all SQL entities, the add them all together for a deployment script to be ran on the production database. I can use EF-Framework or Linq to SQL with DBContext to have the site update tables in real-time. Depending on requirements and time constraint, I can make grids to display the data in a responsive format, and include native, client-side jquery filtering and export to Excel or CSV.
