Hi :) I need excellent salesletters (up to 1000 words each) for these topics (all related to the selling of printing and/or graphic design). 1. With compliments slips 2. Envelopes 3. Book marks So that's three sales letters for the printing of all of those different things as above. The deals go like this: x number of printing type 1 with 75% discount on design & artwork. x mumber of printing type 2 with 25% discount on design & artwork. x number of printing type 3 with 50% discount on design & artwork. FREELANCE TERMS & CONDITIONS As required by Eric Salo Design. 1.0 I own the copyright to all the freelance services / end-products you provide to me except for those portions of work which may be owned by my clients, other freelancers or creative businesses or other third parties. 2.0 You guarantee that you have the legal right to grant me copyright ownership of all the components of the freelance services / end-products you provide to me. If there are any third party programming codes/scripts/modules/templates/intellectual property/copyright material in the freelance services / end-products you supply to me you must acknowledge such a situation so that we can ensure everything is legal. 3.0 You must respect the strict requirement of no contact whatsoever with my clients as well as any associated parties. You must only communicate with me and my authorised agents. 4.0 You will place no reference to your business, yourself, your agents or your affiliated third parties anywhere in the creative works you produce for me. 5.0 You must not illegally take advantage any of the trade secrets, intellectual property or other legal rights of myself and my clients, agents, affiliates and associated parties that may at times be revealed to you in the strictest confidence if I request quotes/provide further info on projects and/or choose you as the supplier of freelance services / end-products. 6.0 I agree to you being allowed to showcase the freelance services / end-products you provide to me in your portfolio/website/brochures/resume/advertising/etc if the following terms and conditions are agreed to and observed at all times by you: 6.1 You would always work for me in confidence and not tell anyone that I am your client. 6.2 You will not claim in any way whatsoever that my clients are your clients. 6.3 You may not link any of your websites to my clients’ websites or other websites that link to them and so on. 6.4 You may only show on your portfolio/website/brochures/resume/advertising/etc to others a generic/non-specific version/description of the freelance services / end-products you provide to me. That means there cannot be any references to my clients’ websites, names, addresses, contact details, content including logos, text, graphics and any other aspects of the work which are subject to copyright of myself or my clients or my associated third parties. 7.0 When each freelance project is completed, I need to promptly receive from you by email, FTP or HTTP download (or CD/DVD by postal service when appropriate) all of the files of the project including but not limited to the final delivered freelance services / end-product. I need to receive from you the “source files/working files” including but not limited to all the programming code (xHTML/CSS, PHP, CGI, etc), un-flattened Photoshop/Illustrator//PDF files/etc and DreamWeaver/GoLive/etc templates if applicable. For admin, data entry and other similar service jobs I require detailed reports of all work undertaken including records of dates and times. 8.0 I pay you for your freelance services / end-products that you sub-contract to me with any of these payment methods and currencies: Deposit/Electronic Funds Transfer to an Australian bank account in AUD, PayPal in AUD, USD, Pound or Euro, PayMate in AUD or USD, Business Cheque in AUD or Credit Card (Visa/MasterCard/American Express) in AUD, USD, Pound or Euro. It is your choice which of the above payment methods/currencies is used.
