Hi Bill, I can create an ebook in these formats: ePub, Mobi, & FB2. You may want to do a little research to find out exactly which file format would work best for you. I am certified by the Typing Institute of America as a Master Typist (over 100 wpm). This price would be for editing/formatting prewritten text and product pictures that you provide into a logical, aesthetically pleasing and professional eBook. I can also compile/write original content from your blog/website and use provided pictures to make this happen for you. However, this would cost more than your $60 cap. As a downside, I have honestly never created an eBook cover. However, I can find out what it would take and get back to you about it. Thanks ~kate
