Here is a brief sample of my writing style.
"Lebanon has always been at the center of attention in the Middle East. The cedars of its mountains were prized by the Pharoahs of Egypt’s Old Kingdom and the ancient Phoenician capital of Tyre was the center of regional trade, so much so that the Mediterranean was once referred to as the Tyrian Sea. Tyre also provided the ancient world’s only source of purple dyes, a color of such richness it became the imperial symbol of the Romans. To the north of Beirut, the city of Byblos is a competitor for the oldest continually inhabited city in the world and is the birthplace of the written word. Tripoli offers the finest example of the architecture of the Mameluks, who won back this important regional capital from the Crusaders. To the east, the Roman temples of Baalbek are an ancient wonder that have been recently fully restored to their original splendor. The traveler who has an interest in history could find themselves lost in the present while contemplating the past."
