Clone website Needed for Russian Women Dating Website

Male customer link ([login to view URL]) and the agency link ([login to view URL]) I posted this project about 2 years ago only to be met with people who made alot of promises and could not deliver. Because of this I let the idea go however I have decided this was a mistake. Before you place any bid on this project you should review the sites. You must know what I want before you bid. The website works on a credit system. Men buy credits to write letters to a lady. This should be in admin panel to change price at any time to amount of credits. Men can also watch a lady on webcam. This alsoworks on credit system based on time. Example 2 credits a minute of webcam viewing.) One feature I would like to add is voice chat as well. I do have my own server with a licensed version of adobe flash media server professional version loaded in. You should review the members area to see all features needed. As well as a gifts section. Agency section must have ability for agency to make their own account. Through this section they can load their ladies profiles. They should be able to see amount of credits earned from each lady in their agency for payments. Site should show when payment to agency is made. Should have section where agency can see complaints made by men concerning their ladies from admin panel. Agencies must be able to set a login for agency workers. This is mainly translators to translate letters for ladies. Agency can set ladies belonging to a translators account. Ladies should be able to log into the site under their own account to view and look for men. Ladies do not have to pay to write to men. I think the only way for anyone to fully understand this project is to review the site mentioned and even make an account to see inside. I currently do have a script that has customer section, agency section and admin panel. However it does not have ladies login page or whos online with webcam and chat feature. If using this script as a starting point is helpful to you then I am fine with you using it. I do not care if you use prewritten scripts to build this. Bottom line is I just want the finish product. How you do so I do not care. I will list this project for 30 days for the purpose of asking questions. If I find someone the first day I will close it. However I will search until I find the right person. Due to past experiences I will not pay one cent until the website is done. You can host on your own server for review. I do not care. If you need my server for Flash Media server for testing then you can use it. I was burned twice by people who I gave money to and never showed me anything more then a template. Not one functioning feature to the website yet they felt this justified them keeping my money. I will not do this again. I want a website. You want my money. When you produce a fully funcioning website. you will get my money. it is an even trade. You may have worked on the site but guess what? I also worked to earn the money you are getting. I have time for proper questions and answers to make sure we get this right. I want the site to look professional as well. No cheap layouts or graphics.
