As a customer service executive for this project, you'll be directly engaging with 3 key aspects of customer care:
- Answering phone calls
- Responding to customer emails
- Assisting with customer complaints
In addition, there's a crucial onsite requirement. You will be required to visit our warehouse in order to address delayed shipments, a current logistical issue we're facing which affects our service quality. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and hands-on experience in logistics resolution.
