Runescape 3 NXT Botting Client

I am looking for development on the popular game known as Runescape 3. I need a client written in either C# or C++ which includes and API for scripting and botting. I need to be able to write scripts with an API and have the application load the game and be able to read memory from the game to perform actions. This client will eventually need an authentication method (Username + Password + License Key) To access and this data needs to be stored on a database. I will need the source to this bot and preferably need a developer who I can pay to update the client as and when it is needed in regards to game updates and any memory changes for items.
