C#, Read json data from server, THEN write it to the next line of code for a POST

I'm in need of some help to do with json. I've attached two images for an example. When I use GetData it will give me a piece of json that will look like image #1. What I need the program to do is gets the data (IDs ONLY) then passes that ID number to the second piece of code which will then POST that ID data eg; Getdata > gets code of: "id: created: item_id: item_type: quantity: description:" Read that data, send the data of ONLY the ID's number to the next piece of code as a POST request
