Configure Docker/Production for .NET Core 3.0 API with React Frontend

I have a project which includes a web API in .NET Core 3.0 and a React application. I would like someone to finish some project setup for me. 1. I need the project setup using docker-compose with both development and production ready environments. 2. For development, the React development server should be used, for production, it should be a build. 3. In the docker-compose file, I need a service for MySQL. 4. I need a secure login/registration system completed based on the example in the React project included. Any other questions, please feel free to ask.
