i dont live in chennai but i am from tamil nadu (if thats any bonus) . ive built several such systems and from the document i understood what you are trying to achive and feel like a lot of things there are redundant as the pir sensor, the rtc, etc, since we are going to be using internet to send in emails and sms's. we can use the internet to fetch the time and use the camera it self to detect motion and record images, even record video's if you so wish ( pictures and videos like 5 seconds before the sensor triggers and 5 seconds after so that we can see the whole thing, etc) i hvae serveral more changes that i would like to discuss with you, so feel free to check my profile for some of my past work or text me so that we can discuss further.

Forget Raspberry. Will use esp8266 along with Thingsboard. You will get two digital input status and can manipulate two digital output with webpage. No of i/o can be increased.

I am an Electronics engineer, who has a good experience in programming using Python, I have developed a full PC application GUI design and functionality. I also use Open CV library in deferent projects as detecting objects.

Make the most simple application for this project . Will use rasberry pi and Database to create the needs for the project description. The software will be easy to use and PC base. The camera module will be small and easy to install.
