build a .net c or vb application with a gui that takes an ip address and investigates that ip to find if it has any top known vulerabilities to virus or hack. Not only say if it does but show the vulnerability by name. this programmer needs to have a strong background in intrusion detection and must know what to look for. It is up to the programmer to know the vulerabilities and what they are . This is to check our network computers and our internet based users to continously check t make sure they are safe. known vulnerabilities needs to be a modfiable table that we can add new items as they are found in the internet world.
