Build a quiz based website

Hello, I need a really clever developer to help me with a little side project i am working at, the project is about a website that will suggest the visitors the best travelling tour based on their responses (interests) . To start this project we will offer 15-20 different tours based on their interests, i will provide the questions, how to grade their answer based in between 3-5 different characteristics that we will assign to the tours, for example: Family, Adventure, Party, Romatic and Nature. For example tour A with have a grade for each characteristic with a positive correlation, for example, Family=3, Adventure=1, Party=5, Romatic=4 and Nature=2. Based on that and in the answers of the visitor we will suggest the best 3 tours for them with a picture and a link to another website so they can buy it. It should be easy to integrate new tours to the system and update the characteristics grades. I would prefer the website to be developed in wordpress because we will need a blog to drive some traffic after creating all this engine.
