Build website for me

please if you bid on this job im expecting that the bid price is the price you will build the website and help me understand the admin for. please don't ask for more money once we start chatting. I want to feel like this job is something you want to do. not something you feel like is not valued correctly. trying to increase your bid once we start chatting is not a good way to build a business relationship. especially after I wrote this lol now onto the job I need a new website. I need you to design and build a website for my small business. i do not have a logo at the moment and am still working on product sales pricing. I'm hoping for a website that Im able to easily upload new items and pricing. Hopefully I can easily upload photos and have them fit the template created. im also in need of training on how to make these changes because I've never made adjustments or changes to a website before. this bid will include building the website and a quick training on how to be a admin. I'm starting my own heating and air conditioning business that deals with specific condos. Im planning on offering repairs and services, along with replacement options.
